Privacy Policy

MorphStreet is a product of Novarki LLC(“MorphStreet,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website at morphstreet.com and the services we provide to our business customers.

Who this policy is for

We handle information in two roles:

  1. Our own visitors and business customers — the home-service businesses who contact us, request a demo, or subscribe.
  2. Our customers' end-customers — when a business uses MorphStreet, their callers and website visitors may interact with services we operate on that business's behalf. For that data, the business is the controller and we act as their service provider/processor.

Information we collect

  • You give us: name, business name, phone, email, trade, city, and anything you include when you request a demo or sign up.
  • From callers/visitors of our business customers' sites and phone lines: name, phone, email, service request details, call recordings and transcripts, and consent records — collected on behalf of the business customer to provide the service.
  • Automatically: standard website analytics (device, browser, pages viewed) and basic security/log data.
  • Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

  • To provide, set up, and support the service.
  • To contact you about your request, your account, and service updates.
  • To improve reliability, quality, and safety of the service.
  • To meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Calls, texts, and consent

The service may place or receive calls and send text messages on behalf of our business customers. These are governed by the consent collected at the point of contact (web form checkbox or verbal consent on a recorded call). Recipients can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Call recording and AI-assistant disclosures are provided at the start of calls where applicable.

SMS / text messaging disclosures

Required for messaging compliance. Applies to all text messages sent through MorphStreet.

  • We do not share or sell your mobile number. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, and are not sold. Numbers are used only to deliver the service-related messages you consented to.
  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions (for example, appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival notifications, replies to your inquiries, and review requests). You will generally receive messages only in response to a service request or a scheduled job.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out anytime by replying STOP; reply HELP for help or contact support@novarki.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

  • Service providers who help us operate (e.g., telephony, voice AI, hosting, payment, email) under contract and only as needed.
  • Our business customers receive the leads, calls, and bookings generated for their own business.
  • Legal/compliance when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention and your choices

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. If you're a business customer and you leave, you can take your number, website content, and customer list with you, and request deletion of your account data. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to what's necessary.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
