Terms of Service

MorphStreet provides a managed “front office” for local businesses, which may include: an AI phone receptionist, a website, missed-call text-back, online booking, and review-request automation. Specific features depend on your plan and setup. We provide the service on a best-efforts basis and may improve or modify features over time.

• The service is offered on a month-to-month basis at the price presented at signup. Founding pricing, where offered, is honored as described for as long as the account remains active.
• No long-term contract. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Your data is yours. On cancellation, you may retain your website content, phone number, and customer/lead records, and we will reasonably assist in transferring them.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Provide accurate business information (services, pricing, hours, licensing) used to set up the service.
• Hold and maintain all licenses required to operate your business.
• Use the service lawfully and not for any prohibited, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Obtain any consents required for communications with your own customers, as facilitated by the service's consent tools.

The service sends and receives calls and messages on your behalf. You authorize us to do so for your account, and you agree to comply with applicable laws (including TCPA and messaging regulations) and to use the consent mechanisms we provide. We provide AI-assistant disclosure and opt-out handling as part of the service.

You keep ownership of your business content (your name, logo, reviews, photos, and the website copy created for you). We keep ownership of the MorphStreet platform, software, and underlying technology. We grant you a license to use the service while your account is active.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results, uninterrupted service, or that the AI will handle every interaction perfectly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your business, your content, or your misuse of the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
